Absolutely, and again you are pointing to the choices of individuals having an effect on systems. Individuals choosing to work in various fields, avoiding others, whistleblowing, investing ethically and so on.

I also agree that our current system makes truly ethical choices at the very least inconvenient and often maddeningly complex.
