I am no chey-chef and I have a gas stove that is far from big budget. I do prefer it to electric but eventually that will change.

Unless... though this does not really address the issue of methane leakage... unless I am in a position to get biogas from a digester...

Right now as an apartment dweller in a big city it is not the place for such recycling experiments.
